We are not positioned at a distance. Our office is physically located inside the neighborhoods we support, and our team is part of the same environment as the people we assist. Being present in this way allows us to understand challenges as they happen and respond with care that is immediate, personal, and grounded in real connection.

Additionally, 32.1% of residents live at or below the federal poverty threshold — more than double the national poverty rate.
