New Start Restoration Initiative

New Start Restoration Initiative is a community based program designed to support individuals seeking a fresh start by providing structured mentorship, workforce training, and pathways to stable employment and housing.

The program operates through a four-phase model: Intake, Stabilization, Skill Development, and Placement. Participants receive personalized support, hands-on training in construction and media, and guidance through faith based mentorship.

Through strategic partnerships and community collaboration, the initiative aims to reduce recidivism, increase employment outcomes, and promote long term self sufficiency.

Program Impact Goals

Helping individuals move from instability to independence.

Serving 50-100 participants each year, the New Start Restoration Initiative provides mentorship, job training, and structured support to create real opportunities for change.

Our goal is to help 75% of participants secure employment and 50% achieve stable housing, while providing ongoing guidance to support long-term success.

Ongoing mentorship and retention support means participants continue to receive guidance, encouragement, and accountability even after they begin working or secure housing. The program stays connected to help them navigate challenges, stay on track, and maintain progress. This continued support increases the chances that participants keep their jobs, remain stable in housing, and achieve long term success.

We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact. What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Our Process

Intake

We begin with a personal conversation to understand each participant’s needs, goals, and starting point.

Stabilization

We help participants build structure, accountability, and support around their immediate life circumstances.

Skill Development

Participants receive practical training, mentorship, and exposure to real world opportunities in areas like construction, media, and life readiness.

Placement

We work toward connecting participants to employment, housing pathways, and long-term community support.
