Christopher Pierre
Christopher Pierre, originally from Boston, Massachusetts, is the Founder and President of Dance With God Christian Charities (DWGCC), a faith driven nonprofit focused on, community development, housing stability, mentorship.
His early foundation in community engagement began in Boston by working with often overlooked community members to address their housing needs. These experiences shaped his long term commitment to service, empowerment, and creating pathways to opportunity.
Christopher brings a professional background in real estate and construction project management. He is a licensed real estate professional in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, with experience supporting housing access and stability for veterans, single mothers, low income families, seniors on fixed incomes, first time homebuyers, returning citizens, and underserved communities.
Through his leadership, DWGCC has expanded its focus to include structured programs such as the New Start Restoration Initiative, which provides mentorship, workforce training, housing pathways, and case management to help individuals achieve long term stability and independence. His work emphasizes accountability, skill development, and measurable outcomes that align with today’s workforce and community development priorities.
Christopher leads with a mission centered on faith, discipline, and impact, working to create lasting change in the communities he serves.
Founder & President
Andrew Murdock
Andrew Murdock brings extensive experience from serving as a Division Leader at Primerica, where he helps families become properly protected, reduce debt, and build long-term financial independence through education and practical financial strategies. He brings this expertise to Dance With God Christian Charities (DWGCC), strengthening the organization’s commitment to community sustainability and economic empowerment.
With over a decade in financial services, he specializes in financial literacy, income growth, and retirement planning for middle-income and underserved communities. His work strengthens community sustainability by equipping individuals and families with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve economic stability.
Andrew also brings senior leadership experience from the United States Army, where he serves in operational and talent acquisition roles, leading and developing teams across multi-state regions. His background reflects a strong commitment to discipline, accountability, and service-driven leadership in support of organizational growth and community impact.
Secretary
TreasurerJohn Morden
John Morden brings decades of financial and administrative experience across both private and nonprofit sectors. He served as Controller at Volkwein’s Music and held a position on the Board of Directors, where he provided financial oversight, stewardship, and strategic fiscal leadership. He serves as Accounting Manager for Ruthfred Lutheran Church. He brings this depth of financial expertise to Dance With God Christian Charities (DWGCC), supporting transparent governance and sustainable organizational growth. Born and raised in southwestern Ontario, Canada, John studied accounting in college and received additional administrative training through his military service. He later relocated to the United States after serving with the Canadian Defence Liaison Staff in Washington, D.C. John’s disciplined background, financial expertise, and commitment to integrity provide strong fiduciary oversight in support of sustainable organizational growth.
